In addition to getting the once-in-a-lifetime chance to take in the beauty of the Chesapeake Bay as you cross the bridge on foot, participants will also earn some amazing SWAG (Stuff We All Get) to help you relive the memories you create on race day.
THE MEDAL
The 2023 version is the third piece of a five piece puzzle. This year's version features friendly flying seagull! Coupled with the medals from the last two years, you will be 3/5 of the way there! You will be proud to wear this medal after you complete your 6.2 miles over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge.
Remember, you have to participate all five years to complete the full puzzle. While each medal will look great as its stand alone version, you will be able to piece them all together over the next 5 years to make a huge 6” medal that will WOW all of your BLING crazy-friends. Each medal features an iconic figure that represents the Chesapeake Bay and all of its beauty:
a steamed Maryland blue crab, a seagull, a sailboat, a rockfish and of course the Chesapeake Bay Bridge itself!
At the end of our 5-year journey, you will be able to piece each of the medals together to create this HUGE 6 inch medal collage.

THE PREMIUM
The Bay Bridge Run race shirts are here and they are full of Maryland pride! We are excited that Maryland's own Under Armour is providing this year's shirts. The shirts will have the official Bay Bridge Run logo on the front and a unique Maryland flag design displayed on the back! The shirts are short sleeve and come in both Men's and Women's sizes (women's photo coming soon!), The official color is Under Armour's Summit White.
